9:00 – Open circle
everyone introduces themselves / ice breaker short opening inspirational talk open session scheduling (stickies on the wall)
10:00-10:45 – Breakout into “Users” and “Makers” Session 1 10:45-11:30 – Breakout into “Users” and “Makers” Session 2
ideally 2 groups in each track, so 4 total talks/workshops with 10-15 in each
11:30-12:00 – Speed Geeking
pre-set demos of Guardian, Lookout, Zetetic, Tor, etc, stationed around the room in a circle.. 5 minute demos done 6 times each, the small groups of the audience, rotating after each one, etc… like speed dating. 12:00-1:00 – Lunch Central talk
Lookout CTO, Cyanogen, or other prominent person, perhaps activists or journo?
1:00-1:45 – Breakout into “Users” and “Makers” Session 3 1:45-2:30 – Breakout into “Users” and “Makers” Session 4

2:30-4:00 – User+Maker ProtoHacking
Team up interested users with developer to conceive a new idea or prototype a new feature of an existing technology; can be sketched on paper, made in code, demonstrated via skit . 4:00-4:30 – ProtoHacking Showcase
willing teams share what they’ve dreamt up
4:30-5:00 - Closing Circle
share on thing you’ve learned, or how use of mobile tech might change closing thoughts
6:00 - dinners, drinks, late night hacking at local hackspace or hotel
